Buzzworthy Student Recognition Program
Our Buzzworthy Student Recognition Program honors one girl and one boy per grade level for exemplifying role model behavior connected to the character traits of respect, kindness, responsibility, acceptance, integrity, and perseverance. Students who are nominated by their grade level and special area teaching teams are recognized in front of the Board of Education, administrators, teachers, and families at School Board meetings. Buzzworthy students are also highlighted in the monthly newsletter, on the morning announcements, their pictures are displayed in the Buzzworthy showcase in each building and they have the opportunity to assist with a variety of leadership activities throughout the year. |
